RECRUITMENT POLICY

Welcome! We assume that you have somehow stumbled onto our website either by communicating with a member in game or via another website or forum. Now that you are here, we've got you! Hehe, just kidding. We humbly thank you for your interest in our little family.

Now what do you do? Well, here is a little checklist for you:

1. Read all about us! Check out the following links to some information about us such as our Code of conduct.
-WHO/WHAT IS EX CINIS CINERIS?
- CODE OF CONDUCT

Still interested? Great! Continue on...

2. Register with our site. You can click on the icon on the screen - it should be near the login area where it says register. Click it and follow the instructions. Just please be sure to register using your character name (whoever you would wish to be your 'main' in our family). This makes it easier for everyone to recognize who you are.

Now, wasn't that easy?

3. Next, go to the QUESTIONNAIRE and fill it out so that we can get to know you/your characters. This gives us pertinent information such as your character names (so we know who you are), playtimes (so that we can plan events), and playstyles (so you can find likeminded members to team up with).

You're all done on the forums! Feeling all warm and fuzzy? LOL Feel free to stay and browse the various posts. There is an abundance of information mixed with silliness here!

4. Now you're ready for a guild invite! Once you log back in game, contact an Officer and let them know you're all set on the forums and they will get you invited. We have started a new Mentor program, hopefully your mentor will contact you soon in game to bring you into the family. If you haven’t heard from someone after a couple of days, either repost something or whisper any officer of the guild.

5. For your first week, an officer or veteran of the guild will be your 'guild mentor' to your new family should you have any questions concerning the guild, guild policies or additional features that we offer to members. They are not there to tell you how to play the game, only to introduce to our family, show you where to find things on the we page and just to be a general contact. If you have issues or problems that is the person you contact.

Now that you are a member, one of our webmasters will update your status on the boards so that you can see the member sections. Once that happens, make sure to read through some of the stickied threads on the forums, and to visit the download section as it is full of great add on’s and things to make gaming a bit easier. If you are interested in Raiding with us please read all the information in the raiding section of the forums.

We hope that you enjoy your time with our family. May it be long and fruitful for us all!
