This will take less than 10 minutes to make.
8oz cream cheese , softened
8oz sour cream
8oz cool whip , thawed
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
graham cracker crust (I use extra serving)
The key to this is the cool whip MUST be thawed.
Put cream cheese in large bowl and cream with mixer.
Add sugar, vanilla and sour cream. Mix again.
Add cool whip and mix until total combined.
Pour into crust and put in fridge for a couple of hours before serving.
Can be made the day before.
You can top it with anything you like (Pie fillings work great in winter or fresh fruits in the summer) even grated chocolate. Great pot luck item or "Hey, let me bring something" Travels great.
