As our members know, we've been having problems with the forums for some time now, and while our experts are still wracking their brains over the issues, there doesn't seem to be a fix in immediate sight.
To let us keep going with business as usual, using the forums to schedule raids, allow new recruits to apply, handle guild bank requests, and just plain chat with each other, we've set up a new forum at a site called free-forums. It's very user friendly, but sadly you'll have to register again. We've already set the forums up to be almost exactly like the forums here, so once you register (and give the admins a little bit of time to bump your status so you see the right forums), you should be able to jump right in as if nothing ever happened!
So please, ALL ECC members, as well as prospective recruits, should go to the site and register as soon as possible. We'll be scheduling events and making announcements using these new forums going forward, so it's really important that we all stay connected. We'll hopefully integrate it with the excincin.com domain as soon as we can, but for now you'll need to get there by the following link:

Click on the "Register" link in the left sidebar to sign up.
Note: When registering, if it asks you to choose a special offer, just ignore it and click submit. You DO NOT need to put your email in to the advertisement to continue.

We've had a blog for a while, but it's recently been torn from the ghostly grip of the Spirit Healer by our very own shaman extraordinaire, Ecco.
Ecco's taken the reins of Ex Novus and really turned the blog into a wonderful source of news about ECC, Over the past few weeks, he's posted weekly updates of achievements and happenings, as well as guild member interviews and even some editorial content.

A bunch of us raided the horde cities the other night for the BB King achievement, and we got the idea to all gnome and reindeer up on our way to Silvermoon at the end of the night.

"As most of the guild knows, I was diagnosed with breast cancer 13 months ago. My lump was tiny, smaller than the eraser on the top of a pencil, but it had already spread to my lymph nodes and was classed as stage 3. When I first found the lump I thought it was just a bug bite but after a week it didn't go down and went to see my doctor.
No lump is to small to worry about. A mammogram now days DOES NOT hurt. There is no excuse for not getting one. If you have no insurance please let me know, and together we will find someone in your area that does it for free.
March of this year my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer also. Please, please, make sure that you or your loved on has a mammogram EVERY year!

WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ECC now has it's own raido station. It's at the bottom right of this page. You should have some sort of player to play it....Winamp, itunes, yahoo jukebox, media player (with codex). If you need help with it just ask an officer and we will help you as much as possible. If you wish to broadcast or dj for an evening contact Sinfall (jeff) and he can tell you what is needed.

Please be sure to update Group Calendar to Version 5.0b8!!! No hassle setup with this version as it utilizes the Blizzard calendar functions for inner guild info and adds features that was missing from that. Be sure to update now if haven't done so already...
